Compliance with Condition 1of Planning Permission 16/03554/ARC - PRIOR TO THE OCCUPATION OF THE FIRST RESIDENTIAL UNIT, a final public art strategy including the details of the proposed items of work relating to the strategy approved through this application shall be submitted for the written approval of Fife Council as Planning Authority. The strategy shall demonstrate that the value of the works contributing to the public art strategy shall meet the terms of the Council's Guidance on Public Art in terms of the financial value of the items of work. The strategy shall propose a scheme of public consultation which shall involve Local Members and local community group or groups (if available) and shall include a phasing timescale for the implementation of the public art works. The final public art strategy shall follow these requirements:- Interpretation media relating to Spencerfield House shall be incorporated into the public art;- Dry stone walling and bow top railing is not considered appropriate for this location.Thereafter the public art works shall be carried out entirely in accordance with the details and phasing approved under this condition.
