Description

Compliance with Condition 23 of Planning Permission 14/03707/PPP- That BEFORE ANY WORKS START ON SITE WITHIN THE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT IN EACH PHASE OF THE DEVELOPMENT AS SET OUT IN THE MASTERPLAN, a noise report detailing day and night-time noise levels required by condition 1 shall be submitted and approved by Fife Council as Planning Authority. The report shall:-(i) Determine the existing noise climate;(ii) Predict the noise climate in gardens (daytime), bedrooms (night-time) and other habitable rooms of the development;(iii) Detail the proposed attenuation/ design necessary to protect the amenity of the occupants of the new residences.No development shall be occupied until all works specified in the approved report has been carried out in full to the satisfaction of Fife Council as Planning Authority and such works shall be thereafter retained in perpetuity.
