Compliance with condition 15 of approved 09/01160/WARM - BEFORE ANY WORKS COMMENCE ON SITE, a comprehensive contaminated land investigation shall be submitted in writing for the approval of Fife Council as Planning Authority. The investigation shall be completed in accordance with a recognised code of practice such as British Standards Institution 'The Investigation of Potentially Contaminated Sites - Code of Practice' (BS 10175:2001). The report must include a site-specific risk assessment of all relevant pollutant linkages, as required in Scottish Executive Planning Advice Note 33 'Development on Contaminated Land' (Revised 2000). For the avoidance of doubt the report shall include the following details:-(i) the nature, extent and type(s) of contamination on the site.(i) measures to treat/remove contamination to ensure the site is fit for the use proposed.(iii) measures to deal with contamination during construction works.(iv) condition of the site on completion of decontamination measures
