Compliance with condition 27 of approved 08/03390/EIA - Within 6 months of the date of this planning permission, a Dust Suppression Management Plan and a Dust Monitoring Scheme to be submitted to the Area Planning Manager for approval. The Dust Suppression Management Plan will provide for measures to mitigate the propagation of dust from stockpile material, haul roads, non trafficked areas, land below and adjacent to all fixed plant and machinery and all non-vegetated areas within the site boundary and will set out the means to provide the necessary assured water supply for dust suppression purposes. The transportation of material and adjacent access roads must not be overlooked in this regard. The Dust Monitoring Scheme shall include details of the location and monitoring positions, the frequency of monitoring, the period of monitoring and the timing of submitting monitoring reports to the Planning Authority.
