Compliance with Condition 26 of Planning Permission 08/03390/EIA - Within 6 months of the date of this permission, the developer will submit for the approval of the Area Planning Manager, a scheme for the monitoring of noise generated from the site. The scheme to indicate the location and monitoring positions, the frequency of monitoring, the period of monitoring and the timing of submitting monitoring reports to the Planning Authority. The scheme to be based upon the contents of paragraphs 43-50 of PAN 50 Annex A.
