Compliance with Condition 25 of Planning Permission 08/03390/EIA - Notwithstanding condition 4 and 24 above, Bogside Farm be included as a noise sensitive premises in addition to those listed in condition 24. Background noise levels shall be established within 3 months from the date of this permission in accordance with the agreed noise measurement protocol. Thereafter, the maximum noise levels from the site during normal daytime activities shall be submitted for the written approval of this planning authority and thereafter monitored accordingly.
