Compliance with Condition 13 of Planning Permission 08/03390/EIA - A progressive programme of operations shall be submitted to the Area Planning Manager within 30 days of every 5th anniversary of the date of this permission. The programme to be submitted shall include: a. the current position of the extraction areas;b. the extent of overburden disposal;c. the location of soil storage areas and the provenance of said soil.d. the anticipated extent and depth of mineral workings and quarry waste tipping for the ensuing two year period;e. proposals for dealing with soils to be stripped from site;f. details of any restoration and aftercare that can reasonably be expected to be carried out during the following two year period. Such details shall include, when appropriate, the treatment of faces, benches, quarry floors and worked out areas.g. details of any site characteristics or other aspects that may influence the concept restoration plan for the quarry.
