In accordance with Section 67 (3) of The Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011, the application seeks to alter the wording of Condition 12 (aviation lighting scheme) to: The hereby approved wind turbine shall be fitted with a low intensity Omni directional Night Vision Compatible Steady Red Obstacle light at the highest point of the hub. The light shall maintained and retained in good working order for the life span of the wind turbine. Reason: In the interests of aviation safety
