Ammendment to LA10/2022/0225F Changes to siteworks as follows; 1. Garden to plot 8 extended to include area at gable. 2. Open space between plots 7&8 - It is proposed to provide railing between open space and footpath including pedestrian gate. 3. Footpath relocated to allow area of defensible planting at gable to plot 13. 4. Existing wall extending along the southern boundary - It is proposed to demolish the wall to ground level and replace it with a timber close-boarded fence. 5. Existing 1800mm high facing brick wall to edge of open space along Woodside Avenue - It is proposed to return the proposed brick wall enclosing the rear garden to plot 1 to the edge of the public footpath.
