Description
Minor changes to the approved building: 1) Reduce the extent of excavation required by amending the Basement Level and Pool Tanks; 2) Marginally increase the Ground Floor Level in the Pool Hall wing by 1500mm to move the base of the pool tanks closer to ground level; 3) Marginally extend the length of the Pool Hall wing by 4m (from approved 90m length to proposed 94m length); 4) Consequential maginal increase to the First Floor Level by 1500mm to create space for the adjusted Pool Hall Wing; and 5) Marginal increase to the roof level of the Pool Hall Wing and Central Block by 1500mm to tie in. The amendments to the building are considered to be non-material in the context of the approved building and wider site-layout. The amendments will result in a marginal increase in height of only 1500mm and an increase in footprint of only 160sqm. This is marginal in the context of the approved 12130mm building height and the approved footprint of over 5196sqm.
