Description

Discharge of condition 02 on planning approval LA10/2022/0777/F (paths,gates,bollards and car parking) Prior to the commencement of any works on site, a Protected Species Management Plan (PSMP) must be submitted to the Council for approval. All measures prescribed in the Preliminary Ecological Appraisal Report by Blackstaff Ecology dated June 2022, must be transferred to the PSMP for otter and bat species. The approved PSMP must be implemented and adhered to in full throughout the construction phase, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Council. Reason: To ensure the project will not have an adverse effect on the integrity of any European site.
