Description

This condition was previously applied for discharge under PP-12174396 Under PP-12174396, NIEA returned a consultation seeking clarifications on the CEMP. I now attach a revised CEMP. This revised CEMP does not propose discharge of runoff to existing culvert. The CEMP has also been revised to clarify that diversion of the existing culvert on site does not create a pollution issue. NIEA also highlight capacity issues in NI Water Infrastructure. I would submit that this item is covered in condition 11 of planning approval LA10/2022/0549/F and is not relevant to condition 3.
