Description

New, 'split-level' clubhouse and changing rooms, including function room, meeting rooms, lounge bar, kitchen, toilets, changing rooms, gym, exercise room, physio room, storage and plant, etc, with associated car and coach parking, siteworks and new waste water treatment plant, to replace existing building and septic tank. The new building will be 'split-level', i.e. 2 storeys with the lower floor being semi-basement. New covered 'all-weather' training facility, with 3G type pitch. New spectator stand alongside pitch approved under Planning ref: LA10/2009/0565/F (started) New walking and exercise trail around perimeter of the grounds. The existing clubhouse and changing rooms will be demolished, to become part of the carpark, once the new facilities are available.
