Vigour and health of the tree is good. One branch overhanging car park and road is overextended, and stress cracks are apparent due to the weight of the branch. Many branches recommended for removal remain since last inspection.Large old tear out wound on stem, roadside; acute, bark-included unions frequent; axial crack in lowest primary, east over carpark, failure foreseeable, removal required; gap in crown above 2nd lowest primary east; risk: not tolerable
