Justification:T189 has a broken branch in crown which needs removing on safety grounds and there's a long, etiolated limb overhanging highway, this needs shortening to reduce risk of this limb failing onto the highway. Trees 233-237 have low branches overhanging car parking that need removing to facilitate car parking T264 has branches resting on building and they need pruning back to give sufficient clearance
