Description

Removal of 3 Hazel on a bank which are poor specimens and which limit views from the study and detract from the garden landscape. The bank on which the hazel are planted was formed from subsoill when an extension was built about 40 years ago. As a cosequnce the Hazel are poor specimens, being prone to drought and may yet die back. The Hazel are not visible to others, as in agreement with the neighbours, a boundary hedge has been planted and it now is taller than the Hazel bushes. To compensate for the loss of the Hazel it is planned that at least 4 Hazel or other native species will be planted in the replanting area shown on the plan.
