Description

The tree in question "was" an ash tree which has already had permission from planning in 2023 to be felled which was done and roots removed which wasn't done. The application was submitted by my neighbour as it's her tree. The roots We want to remove are on our side of the fence. We didn't remove the roots due to cost but have since discovered they have caused substantial subsidence to our property. Due to the time lapse we are now having to reapply. We have had an up to date report to confirm this is necessary and the tree is still a stump.
