T1 False Acacia. FellA structural survey carried out on behalf of the buyers of a neighbouring property flagged the proximity of the tree to that property and the risks that causes. Also due to the size of the tree it now places almost all of their garden in shade. The tree has become too large for my urban garden.If it is felled I will plant a smaller shrub or tree nearby to replace it, thus addressing the problems flagged above, whilst accommodating indigenous wildlife
