carry out some tree work to a holm oak tree that has previously had a stem split out from the top you can see by the photos where I would like to reduce the crown to by approximately 2m. also the tree is leaning heavily over the drive. I?d also like to do this to reduce weight and sail effect of the tree in high winds to reduce the chance of falling in future. I believe there is a blanket TBO on the shaded in green area on the photos I attached going up the road side of the property.
