Application Details
Description
Palm tree in back garden, which is clearly not a native species, is an eye sore, unsightly, looks unhealthy and may interfere with drainage from rear of property, particularly after works completedRequest to removeWhilst currently unlikely to be considered diseased or at immediate risk of falling, tree has a very narrow base with poor structural integrity and I worry it may fall.Successful planning application attached and palm tree is clearly drawn, next to compass arrow. Our successful planning permission application required some effort for Council to be happy that property changes were in keeping with the style and character of the 3 houses in our row yet the other two houses have lush native trees and we are burdened by several ugly palm trees, completely out of keeping with properties style and of which the leaves do not even break down when fallen from the trees
