G1. 4x Silver birch - Prune all lateral branches growing in a south eastern direction, towards the "The mint apartments" back to the main stem of each tree. These works will remove all overhanging branches that are interfering with the property and any branches that have potential to interfere with the adjacent property in the near future.T2.1x Mature Poplar - Remove south eastern secondary branch that is growing over the property roof back to the primary branch. Crown lift over the adjacent roof to achieve a maximum of 4m clearance. This will be done by removing secondary and tertiary branches only.All material is to be stacked at the base of each tree neatly.Justification - Trees are encroaching onto adjacent block of apartments with branches now touching.
