Description

G1 - Western Red Cedar. Dismantle to near ground level T2 - Oak. Dismantle to near ground level T3 - Apple. Fell to near ground levelT4 - Birch. Dismantle to near ground level Reason for works:G1 are fast growing species capable of reaching extremely large sizes in a relatively short space of time. They have previously been topped and the regrowth is already at a great height, structural attachment is in doubt.T2 has been subjected to some serious tree surgery a number of years ago, the tree is now severely weighted to the south and is in fact leaning on the infrastructure, it is not considered that any pruning could be done to alleviate this issue. T3 is in obvious decline and not worthy of retentionT4 will be left exposed following removal of the above trees, it is intended that a more suitable tree will be planted as a replacement. All works are considered appropriate management for an area that has become unruly and potentially hazardous for any users of the area and the nearby residential properties.
