Description

Continuation of the development permitted by ESS/17/20/UTT without compliance with condition 3 to allow continuation of waste importation and retention of the soil washing plant until no longer necessary or required in association with operations at Highwood Quarry. ESS/17/20/UTT is the extant permission for “Importation of 70,000m³ per annum of inert waste and the installation and use of a soils washing plant for the recycling of waste, together with associated access onto the highway and a separate silt press”
