Application for a Lawful Development Certificate associated with the retention and continuation of green waste composting operations at Spring Farm, Frating Road, Great Bromley, Essex comprising: i, The continued receipt of green waste and its processing, storage, maturation in windrow storage area and its use to improve and/or maintain the physical, chemical and biological properties of the soil to grow crops across Spring Farm. ii, The continued receipt of green waste deliveries via an access with the Frating Road between 07:00 and 19:00 Monday to Saturday (inclusive), and the continuation of the existing access arrangements to and from Spring Farm for up to a maximum of thirty (30 No) vehicles comprising HGV tippers, tractors and trailers, arboricultural and landscaping light goods vehicles, site support vehicles such as HGV fuel oil tanker deliveries and HGV low loaders and plant maintenance vehicles on a weekly basis. iii, The continued operation of shredding and screening equipment and ancillary plant (front end loader(s), excavator(s), tractor(s) and trailer (s)) at the Site to support the green waste composting operations, 7 days per week, all year round in line with normal agricultural operations across Spring Farm. iv, Retention and continued use of existing areas of hardstanding that have been used to receive, temporarily stockpile and process green waste. v, The retention and continued use of open laydown area(s), storage area(s) and compost windrow storage area to support the green waste green waste processing, storage and maturation operations. Maximum height of the storage and maturation area 6m. vi, The continued storage, turning, movement of processed, shredded and screened green waste in open windrow adjacent to Eltone, Frating Road Great Bromley (approximately 80m from the façade of the building) and the neighbouring field. Maximum height of the open laydown area(s), storage area(s) and compost windrow storage area 6m.
