Continuation of development of an all-through school (primary, secondary and sixth form); sports hall; formal and informal hard and soft play areas/pitches; new vehicular and pedestrian accesses; vehicle drop-off and parking areas; landscaping and other associated infrastructure and works without compliance with conditions as previously attached to application ref: CC/UTT/90/20, to facilitate the physical separation of the primary school from the secondary school and sixth form; an increase in floor area of the school buildings; relocation and increased height of the sports centre building; realignment of the MUGA; the re-location of the substation; and an increased offset to the northern boundary to accommodate a drainage ditch
