Details pursuant to Condition 48 – Machine Movement Scheme – ESS/28/23/TEN: Continuation of Extraction of 3.8 million tonnes of sand and gravel as an easterly extension to the existing Wivenhoe Quarry, erection of sand and gravel processing plant and ancillary facilities, new vehicular access onto the B1027 Brightlingsea Road, and restoration to agriculture and low-level water-based nature conservation habitats, lowland meadow, woodland planting and hedgerow enhancement using approximately 1.2 million cubic metres of imported inert waste material without compliance with Conditions 2 (Approved details), 23 (Restoration Phasing Plan), 28 (Highway improvements and site access road) and 35 (Visibility splays) attached to permission ref ESS/17/18/TEN to allow the extraction and storage on site of sand and gravel (no export of mineral or import of waste) prior to the establishment of the approved access and highway works.
