Description

Oak tree (94/T15) in my garden, pretty big seems deseased and the canopy and branches are very low and have injured my son as he was playingit could have permanently injured his eye. The tree also looks diseased so I would like it assessed. I am not looking for the tree to be taken down but I wouldlike it assessed and the canopy taken up . Bottom branches are dangerously low and I wouldlike them taken up as it has already injured my son seriously and could have taken his eye out.
