Large single stem Sycamore: - Reduce building side back to previous points and the height by approx. 3m. H = 17m, W = 8m. Hight after reduction will be approx. 2m less on the building side approx. 3m less in height. Medium single stem sycamore: - Reduce building side to previous points. Approx. 2m. Hight will stay the same. Large twin stem Maple: - Reduce building side to pull back from the building. Approx. 2m reduction. H = 16m, W = 9m. Height will stay the same. Common dogwood tree: - Reduce back off the corner of the building by 2m. H = 3-4m, W = 5m. Height will stay the same. Golden Chain Tree: - Reduce back off the corner of the building by 2m. H = 5-6m, W= 4m. Hight will stay the same. Large acacia Tree: - Remove hanging dead branch. Large Tree of Heaven: - Reduce back from the building by 2-3m. H = 27m, W = 8m. Hight will stay the same. All cuts to be made to suitable growth points with the correct arborist cuts to the stem, if no growth point is available. Pruning cut sizes will be no more then 50 - 75mm on all trees. Significance/impact of proposed tree work on short/long term tree health/amenity; The work will little impact on the trees health and will recover well from the pruning carried out. The work will also be carried out at the end of the Autumn when the leaves have fallen, so as no stress is caused through sap bleeding from the the cuts during the growing season.
