Strawberry tree is also in decline with approximately 20 % of leaf growth remaining. Tree is located within the boundary of 9 Downs Avenue. Removal of Hawthorn tree (T2) due to very close proximity to 9 Downs Avenue as pre-emptive work to avoid structural damage. Hawthorn tree is also engulfed in ivy and of limited amenity value. Tree is located within the boundary of 11 Downs Avenue. Proposal to include replanting of two trees to replace those trees which have been removed.
