T1 Beech within A6 of TPO 14 - To deadwood large Beech tree adjacent to the house and check the cable brace, advise on condition. (Exempt works) T2 Plum & Sorbus - Sensitively reduce Plum adjacent to gate to neaten appearance, reduce boundary overhang on the lower limbs of the Purple plum overhanging garden and crown lift ivy covered sorbus overhanging the studio. T3 Apple - Remove deadwood from Apple tree and sensitively crown reduce the remainder of the dying limb to reduce its weight and the rest of the crown. G1 Oaks - To reduce height of 2 Holm oaks that form part of the roadside hedging to 12ft and trim face of all hedging as hard as practical to maintain the footway, also deadwood the smaller Sycamore adjacent to road (exempt works). G2 Thuja - To fell Thuja hedge to ground level. Non-native species which has become overgrown and is unsuitable for long term retention due to it's size and requiring cyclical maintenance. Our client intends to replacement plant another line of more suitable trees/hedging here. G3 Yew & Holly - Trim Yew and Holly in verge area to maintain compact crowns and tidy appearance.
