Description

Permission is sought to remove the following trees that lie within (or close to) the boundary (shown in blue) of the new dwelling featured in [1]. 1. Two young trees with trunks 30cm apart: a) an ash tree with a trunk width of 9cm at a measure at height of 1.5m and b) a laurel tree with a trunk width of 13cm measured at a height of 1.5m. 2. A small lilac tree with a trunk width of 10cm measured at a height of 1.5m. 3. A maple tree with several main stems arising from the ground with a maximum width 13cm. 4. This Cypress tree is already covered in planning application [1] and is shown for information. 5. This is dead and covered in ivy and the trunk is less than 7.5cm. b) Trees Proposed for Replacement Please refer to [1] (please contact planning officer for a copy if not recorded in EEBC website) A soft landscaping plan has been provided with [1] (please contact planning officer for a copy) which shows that it is proposed to replace these trees with two new cypress trees, one plum tree and one apple tree.
