The building is used for minor Essex Grab Hire commercial vehicle repairs, restoration of vintage vehicles as a hobby. It is also used to storage one Essex Grab Hire HGV vehicle, tools and Tractors. Building 2 – This building is in use as an office/laundry room. Building 3 – This building is used as a tractor storage shed. Building 4 – This is currently used as a gym, however the building itself has been on site for at least 20 years. Building 5 – This is a small container utilised for the storage of garden equipment. Building 6 – This is a storage shed for the applicants touring caravan.
