Description

Erection of single storey front and rear extension, two storey side extension and loft conversion with rear dormer. (This application is identical to previously submitted application reference PL/EPF/0720/23 with Appeal Decision (APP/J1535/D/23/3327874) submitted as evidence confirming that it will not harm the character and appearance of the existing building or street scene; will not result in any undue loss of light or outlook; is sympathetic to the local built environment and will contribute to achieving well designed places. As previously requested, an Arboricultural Impact Assessment (230975-PD-11) is included with this submission, correctly labelling and recommending the replacement of an existing pear tree which is in a declining condition, and concluding that the proposal is considered to carry a low impact to the off-site trees)
