Grade II listed building to install Flood Protection to all areas on ingress/egress in line with RAB’s Flood Risk Report recommendations (enclosed), as part of Essex County Council Flood Alleviation Scheme. This will alter the property by installing demountable flood barriers to each doorway and windows below the 600H flood threshold. Barrier side posts would be fixed to external walls at doorways, the boards only in place when in use. Cover plates would be provided to cover the side posts when not in use.
