Description

Demolition of both outbuildings and erection of a 3 bay garage with loft space. The garage will be smaller in both footprint and volume than the two outbuildings that are currently on site- one is for storage and the other a garage. The new garage will provide 3 parking spaces for the clients, to keep their cars safe, and additionally will have loft space for storage. Alterations to approved scheme: EPF/0964/23 to involve repositioning of building.
