Description

This application is for a proposed single storey rear extension with a window and doors on the rear elevation and an obscure glazed window on the east elevation. The existing east elevation living room window will be changed to an obscure glazed window. (This extension is identical to the one proposed under planning ref EPF/0197/23 dated 30th January 2023 which was the subject of a planning appeal ref APP/J1535/D/23/3322147. The appeal decision, point 14, stated that no harm would result from the rear extension)
