Description

To erect a 3 foot high wooden fence along the boundary between No 19 forest Way and the 2.1 metre strip of land land owned by 23 Forest Way. We aim also to provide disabled access directly from Forest Way to the back garden of No 23. In addition the proposal would provide easier access for our elderly neighbour who resides at No 11. The requirement for a fence is specified in the Land Registry document: Title number EX289454.
