Non material amendment to Ref: 23/01848/FUL to allow upgrading stair core cladding from a perforated metal screen to high-quality expanded metal mesh in the approved light bronze colour, changing balcony construction from white cast concrete to expanded metal mesh cladding (to match the stair core cladding), removal of external white blinds on windows and replacing them with a soldier course detail above window, slightly raising windowsills to 900mm from finished floor level to allow the omission of glass balustrades and replacing these with slim metal bar protection at 1100mm.
