Details pursuant to Ref: 16/02673/FUL ( part discharge Blocks FGHJ - Phase 3) for code for sustainable homes and code assessor (54b) in respect of the minor material amendment to P12-02202PLA to allow render frames to south elevation extended down to 1st floor, zinc box to south-east corner at ground floor omitted and replaced with brick cladding, stair core cladding adjacent to block V south elevation simplified , zinc cladding aligned flush with full height windows, render frames with brick infill introduced to north elevation to match south elevation, ground floor brick retaining wall and planter omitted due to requirement for turning and unloading/loading area in front of hotel to elevations.
