Non material amendment to ref: 19/02718/RE3 to amend the wording of condition 37 Inclusive access requirements in relation to Plot Z02-01 as set out below:A minimum of 90% of residential units shall meet Building Regulations requirement M4(2) accessible and adaptable dwellings, except in the case of Plot Z02-01 where the requirements of clause 2.30(e) only are excluded. A minimum of 10% of units shall meet Building Regulations requirement M4(3) wheelchair user dwellings unless demonstrated through the submission of a Reserved Matters Application that this is not feasible.
