Variation of condition 55 of Ref: 20/00037/VAR to amend the wording of the condition to:Prior to the occupation of the relevant Phase of the works a Whole-life cycle carbon assessment, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The statement shall adhere to the principles to support and promote London Plan 2021. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the details so approved.
