Details pursuant to ref: 16/02673/FUL for renewable energy - 51 (phases 3a 4a 4b and 4c (currently part of phase 4 and 5)) in respect of minor material amendment to P12-02202PLA to allow render frames to south elevation extended down to 1st floor,zinc box to south-east corner at ground floor omitted and replaced with brick cladding, stair core cladding adjacent to block V south elevation simplified , zinc cladding aligned flush with full height windows, render frames with brick infill introduced to north elevation to match south elevation, ground floor brick retaining wall and planter omitted due to requirement for turning and unloading/loading area in front of hotel to elevations.
