Non material amendment to Ref: 16/01197/RE3 to allow amendment to the wording of condition 50 to as follows:90% of residential units shall meet Building Regulation requirement M4(2) accessible and adaptable Dwellings excluding the requirements of clause 2.30(e) specifically the smart meter display which can be installed at 1400mm. The remaining 10% of units meet Building Regulation requirement M4(3) wheelchair user dwellings unless demonstrated through the submission of a Reserved Matters Application that this is not feasible.
