Description

Non material amendment to Ref:19/00201/FUL to allow amendment to split condition 4 into two parts:a) Prior to commencement of the development, a scheme to deal with the contamination of the site including an investigation and assessment of the extent of contamination and the measure to be taken to avoid risk to health and the environment shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.b) Remediation shall be carried out in accordance with the approved scheme and the Local Planning Authority provided with a written warranty by the appointed specialist to confirm implementation prior to the occupation of development.
