Tree Preservation Order EL:08/12 - T38 - Oak Reduce the crown spread by up to 2 metres over the road and neighbouring properties, reducing the overall spread from approximately 12 metres to 10 metres. The works are requested to provide suitable clearance from adjacent properties and the road, whilst maintaining the tree's natural shape, balance, and amenity value. T47 - Copper Beech Reduce the crown spread by up to 2 metres on the side adjoining the neighbouring property, reducing the overall spread from approximately 12 metres to 10 metres. The works are requested to alleviate encroachment over neighbouring land and provide appropriate clearance, whilst retaining the tree's natural form, balance, and long-term health.
