Description

East Molesey Old Village Conservation Area - T1 - Cedar tree in back garden. Tree has a height of approximately 21 metres and spread of approximately 10 metres. Proposed works are to reduce height of the tree by approximately 2-2.5 metres and reduce overlong lateral branches by approximately 1.5-2 metres. This is to reduce end weight and reduce risk of future failures, and to give clearance from neighbouring garden, maintaining tree at a reasonable size suitable to location and retaining amenity value. Leaving tree with a height of approximately 19 metres and spread of approximately 8 metres.
