East Molesey Old Village - T1 - Willow tree situated on rear boundary, height approximately 9 metres, overall spread approximately 8 metres. Proposed works are to reduce height and spread by approximately 2-2.5 metres, leaving tree with a height of approximately 6.5 metres and spread of approximately 6 metres. These works are being carried out to reduce end weight and continue cyclical pruning of tree. T2 - Birch tree situated to rear of back garden, height approximately 8 metres and spread of approximately 7 metres. Proposed works are to reduce height and spread by approximately 1 metres, leaving tree with a height of approximately 7 metres and spread of approximately 5 metres. T3 - Birch tree situated in front garden, height approximately 7 metres and spread of approximately 6 metres. Proposed works are to reduce height and spread of tree by approximately 1 metres, leaving tree with a height of approximately 6 metres and spread of approximately 4 metres. Both Birch trees are being reduced to allow light into garden area, give clearance from surrounding trees / shrubs and retain amenity value.
