Description

Listed Building Consent for the removal of spray foam insulation and repair and re-roofing of the main roof of the property using natural clay pantiles. The existing main roof covering consists of later concrete tiles which are not historically appropriate. The proposal is to remove these and reinstate natural clay pantiles to match the historic roof covering referenced in the listing description and visible on the adjoining cottage. The catslide extension, currently covered with concrete tiles, will not be altered as part of this proposal.
