Tree Preservation Order EL:06/08 - I wish to carry out work on the following tree within the group of trees (G1) protected by TPO EL:06/08 - see attached specification from schedule I: The eastern most maple of group of three growing in an easterly direction towards the house (see asterisk no map) The work - remove back to origin the second lowest branch. (approximately 6 inches in diameter) Reason for work - the branch appears topically to be diseased or desiccated by recent summer droughts and is shedding large lateral branches/branchlets. The removal of this branch does not detract from the original aesthetic configuration of the group and will allow the larger and healthy adjacent branch to fill out.
