Description

Claygate Foley Estate Conservation Area - T1 - Pine tree situated in back garden. Tree has a height of approximately 15 metres and spread of approximately 4.5 metres. The tree was planted by the homeowner and has since grown rapidly in a position which is very close to the property. Proposed works are to remove the tree due to its close proximity to the house. It has also been noted in a recent insurance survey as likely to be a future problem. T2 - mature Lime tree to side of property on boundary with Fitzalan Road. Tree has a height of approximately 16 metres and spread of approximately 10 metres. Proposed works are to reduce height and spread by approximately 1.5-2 metres, to allow light into garden and property and reduce end weight, leaving tree with a height of approximately 14 metres and spread of approximately 7 metres.
